I have no particular requests. aaaaand what I do for things is just record it (with my in-computer mic, in a closet to reduce background noise) and then save it in my dropbox and just give a link, which allows both listening and downloading. or you could maybe do it as a video if you wanted written words right there also. idk! just thoughts.
