Yeah, I mean in RQGG and streams (such as the Good Society game), Frank is Done with the shenanigans going on around them in a way which is also visibly amused and fond.
Which is obviously not the case for Basira.
(Though I do think in a weird way she and Jon do kind of get each other, for all her ambivalence and hypocrisy about him.)
