I like the new vocabulary, and "deferential diagnosis" is brilliant. And yes, lengthy, endless questioning.

Just done the painsomnia thing myself, apparently my neck strenuously objects to consultants spending 5 minutes assessing my shoulder's range of motion, who knew!
