- this week's migraine considerately held off until after I was finished with yesterday's standing engagement
- latest meds change does indeed appear to have made absolutely no difference, as expected
- I am pretty sure my hair dries faster now I'm using an actual conditioner (as opposed to just H&S 2-in-1), which on the one hand makes a certain amount of sense and on the other is Weird
- I am also, and I can't remember if I've remarked on this before, sort of fascinated that my hair is Very Definitely Longer since I settled into conditioner use than it was prior, which again makes sense but again is disconcerting
- I am mildly amused that I seem to have decided that "coconut" is a good "neutral" flavour for Bath Stuff (shower gel, conditioner, ...), especially given how much I Loathed And Resented dessicated coconut as a small

- I've been doing One Pilates Per Week for nine months now, and I am surprised and very pleased by the enormous difference it's made in both my absolute core strength and my ability to identify, isolate, and activate specific muscles, not least because it's Visible and I always find it Pleasing to be able to see how my anatomy moves!
- and with that, I'm going to head off to bed and see if I can actually manage sleep despite having spent much of the day in Migraine Nap...

At the moment I have two books I picked up from charity shops in the Before Times, one of which contains a bunch of the beginning exercises I was introduced to in my NHS rehab Pilates class, and one of which contains a bunch more Here Is How Anatomy and some unfamiliar exercises. Currently (more or less) I'm alternating which book I use every week, to get me some amount of variation, but More Details To Come... :)
