If you have, in the past, asked me to remember people (human or otherwise) then please know that I am. If there is anyone else you would like me to remember, then I apologise for the short notice and please do tell me a little about them if you'd like.

Oct. 31st, 2019 08:38 pmYes right hello hi folk: this Saturday is All Souls'; doing my usual open-house thing, remembering my dead. Will provide food and candles from early afternoon onward. If you can (or might be able to) come but don't have our address or house access details, please send me a message. If you'd like me to light a candle for one of your dead, I'd be honoured. You are welcome to share as much or as little of their story with me (in comments; in private) as you'd like; I'll read it out to anyone else present as we light the candle.

Nov. 5th, 2017 12:07 amPapa died today (yesterday); my mother phoned me from the M5 near Exeter -- "We just missed Papa." I'd assumed she was calling me about the All Blacks game she'd been supposed to be watching at Twickenham.
Nothing feels particularly real, yet, so emotions to follow. I'm being looked after.
